Because Art is Power.

THE FOOL THEATRE believes that the power of art lies in its form of expression – an expression to reflect the diversities of life; an expression to break down social, language and cultural barriers; an expression to consolidate our community.

As a non-profit organisation, we are dedicated to further this cause through our upcoming productions, workshops and dialogues. All our profits will be put to further achieve this goal.

The truth is, as an emerging theatre company, we’re eligible for many arts related start up grants.

The unfortunate truth is, as a newbie, all most of our applications have been turned down yet to receive a favourable reply.

Hence, we do need your support, to produce quality productions and to reach out to a wider range of audience. We believe in what we do and we’re hopeful that there will be people who share our cause.

Last but not least, one may question if we’re just a bunch of fools craving for “power”.

The answer is yes.

Just like one who craves to bring people from all walks of lives together.

Just like one who craves to create a life-changing experience in theatre.

Just like one who craves to love the fool in us.

To the wise, every dollar makes a difference.

But to the fool, every cent makes a difference.
